FIAT Withdrawals

FIAT withdrawals are processed through 3rd party partners. In this section you will find information about how to use this feature to get FIAT currency in your bank account.

To enable FIAT withdrawals, you first have to create an account with the off-ramping partner.

Go to the Profile Page, and fill in the details for your country. If you live in the USA, please fill in your state also. Then click on "Create Coinify trader".

On this page you will see the list of withdrawals from GFPay vault to your wallets.

From this page you can see your withdrawal history. You are able to export this table in different formats.

You can also make a withdrawal by clicking on the "Request a Withdrawal" button and selecting your desired cryptocurrency. Coinify currently supports only BTC for FIAT withdrawals. Select BTC and the option to Withdraw as Fiat.

Copy the amount next to "Expected to your wallet" to the Coinify widget screen that appears next.

Follow the process from the widget. You will be asked to set an amount of BTC to sell, to specify your bank account, and personal details and to complete the KYC process. GFPay doesn't store your personal information, other than those on the profile page.

If your withdrawal fails, please try a smaller amount next time.
